General Shipping Information

Orders without a custom verse, logo, or typeset proof are usually printed and shipped from our facility in 2-3 business days following the day your order is placed. No additional time is needed to add return address imprinting or a closing / name under your verse. The number of days beyond this to deliver your cards depends upon the shipping option you select (i.e. UPS Ground, Next Day Air, etc.).

If you request a proof, custom verse, add a one or two color logo, or have special artwork, please allow an additional 1-3 business days. Use of special PMS ink colors or other customization such as foil imprinting on cards that do not have foil as a standard option may add further production days. Larger orders (i.e. more than 500 cards) may take an additional 1-2 business days depending on the card you select, but typically do not increase the timeframe.

Occasionally, our production timeframes may change during certain peak weeks of the holiday season. Unfortunately, we can not guarantee production timeframes, but we do our best to reduce the total timeframe whenever possible, and we believe they are among the shortest in the industry.
