Q: When can I expect an answer to my emailed question?
A: Usually within 1 hour, but almost always within 2-3 hours. You may also contact Customer Service directly at (877) 679-0800 for a quicker response.
Q: Is your website secure?
A: Yes. Our website system provides the highest protection possible of your credit card and order information. Please see the secured shopping link for more information.
Q: What happens if there is an error in my order?
A: In the very rare occurrence that we have made an error in your order, we will correct the problem at no additional cost to you. If the mistake is due to entered text or instructions that you provided, we unfortunately will not be able to refund your order. We will, however, make sure to reprint your card order at a special rate which is the absolute lowest price possible in order to help correct the situation for you.
Q: What happens if I need to cancel my order?
A: In order for us to offer our quick turn-around time for printing, your order immediately begins to be processed once it is placed. As your order progresses, it is impossible to cancel it given the nature of custom printing involved. Therefore, all orders submitted are final. Although we can't guarantee it, we will attempt to cancel your order as long as we receive notice within 1 hour of placing your order.
Q: Can I see a sample of various cards that I may purchase?
A: Yes. Contact us by email or phone with your desired card numbers.
