Q: Are your prices discounted?
A: Yes. Our prices are significantly discounted and lower than most, if not all, of our competition. We urge you to compare our final price rather than being swayed by many competitors' posted discounts, which don't show the full pricing story. In these cases, the list prices are typically falsely elevated. We treat our customers with full respect in this regard.
Q: Is there a price break based on quantity ordered?
A: Yes. Volume discounts are built into our pricing at various quantity bands beginning at a 50 card order. The greater number of cards ordered results in a lower per card cost. For orders over 10,000 cards, please contact us by phone or email.
Q: Do you charge state sales tax?
A: Only for Illinois customers.
Q: We are a tax exempt organization. How can I process my order without tax being charged?
A: If you are an Illinois based organization, please enter your tax exempt (or re-sales) number in the blank field on Step 2 of the checkout process. We will require a copy of your tax exempt certificate before we can continue to process your order.
