Timeframe & Shipping
Q: How long will it take until my order is delivered?
A: As of December 13, 2007, standard orders without a custom verse, logo, or typset proof are printed and shipped from our facility in only 1-2 business days following the day your order is placed. The number of days beyond this to deliver your cards depends upon the shipping option you select. If you request a proof, have a custom verse, or add a logo, please allow an additional 1-2 business days.
Q: What is the status of my order?
A: Please check the Customer Care Center on our website for status and tracking links. Alternatively, you may email your request to cs@holidaycardsunlimited.com with your order number or contact us at 877-679-0800.
Q: Can you ship to my PO Box?
A: No. Our shipping carrier, UPS, will not ship to PO boxes, nor can we process your credit card with a PO box as the billing address. As a reminder, please be sure that your billing address matches your credit card information so that your card will be approved.
