Timeframe & Shipping
Q: How long will it take to receive my order if I place it now?
A: It depends on the type of order. Orders without a custom verse, logo, or typeset proof are usually printed and shipped from our facility in 2-3 business days following the day your order is placed. No additional time is needed to add return address imprinting or a closing / name under your verse. The number of days beyond this to deliver your cards depends upon the shipping option you select (i.e. UPS Ground, Next Day Air, etc.).
If you request a proof, custom verse, add a one or two color logo, or have special artwork, please allow an additional one business day. Use of special PMS ink colors or other customization such as foil imprinting on cards that do not have foil as a standard option may add further production days. Larger orders (i.e. more than 500 cards) may take an additional 1-2 business days depending on the card you select, but typically do not increase the timeframe.
Occasionally, our production timeframes may change during certain peak weeks of the holiday season. Please see the “Learn More” button on the shipping graphic that is located on all shopping pages of our website for the most up to date information. Unfortunately, we can not guarantee production timeframes, but we do our best to reduce the total timeframe whenever possible, and we believe they are among the shortest in the industry.

Q: What is the status of my order?
A: Please check the Customer Care Center on our website for status and tracking links if you set up a user name and password at the time you placed your order. Alternatively, you may
email your request to cs@holidaycardsunlimited.com with your order number or contact us at 866-388-0137.
Q: Will I receive a shipping notice by email once my order is shipped?
A: Yes. It will include a UPS tracking link too, so that you can identify exactly where your package is located and the expected delivery date.
Q: Do you offer a "rush" service?
A: No. All orders are processed as quickly as possible in the order they are received.
We pride ourselves on our fast production timeframes. We recommend ordering as early as possible, especially during the busy holiday season.
Q: Can you ship to my PO Box?
A: No. Our shipping carrier, UPS, will not ship to PO boxes, nor can we process your credit card with a PO box as the billing address. As a reminder, please be sure that your billing address matches your credit card information so that your card will be approved.
Q: How can I calculate the shipping cost for my order?
A: Add your desired card project to the website Shopping Bag and then enter your zip code at the bottom of the Shopping Bag page in the Estimate Shipping fields.
Q: Will you ship to Canada?
A: Yes. Please email us at sales@holidaycardsunlimited.com and we will provide you with special ordering instructions.
Q: May I use my own shipping account number?
A: Yes, but only for UPS and FedEX. Keep in mind that our primary shipping carrier is UPS and our pickups are more frequent throughout the day from them, therefore, FedEx packages may ship the next business day depending on the time your order is completed. Please make absolutely sure to enter your exact account number as your package would be returned to us if it were incorrect, potentially losing critical timeline days
during the busy holiday season. There is a $5.00 handling fee to use your own shipping account number.
