Ordering

Q: Can I email or fax my order to you?
A: Yes. Please email cs@holidaycardsunlimited.com to request a fax or email order form. Our fax number is (312) 337-6722.
Q: Can I place an order over the phone?
A: Yes. However, we highly recommend that you place your order online or by email so that you can see your exact entered text that will be printed. Nevertheless, we are happy to take your phone order if this will be best for you.
Q: Will I receive email confirmation of my order and an invoice?
A: Yes. Upon submitting your order, you will immediately receive an e-mailed invoice for your records. If you do not receive this emailed confirmation, please check your blocked mail or contact us. An email will be sent to both the billing and shipping email addresses if they are different.
Q: What credit cards do you accept?
A: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover.
Q: Can I pay by check?
A: Yes. Please select the "check" option during checkout. Please keep in mind that we are unable to process your order until your check is received.
Q: May I use a Purchase Order?
A: Yes. Please enter the P.O. number in the special instructions section during the checkout process and select the check payment option. Please keep in mind that we will accept your P.O. upon review and at our discretion. You may also contact us at cs@holidaycardsunlimited.com for further questions or pre-approval.
Q: Do you accept PayPal?
A: Yes. But, it will not show as a payment option during checkout. Please email us at cs@holidaycardsunlimited.com for instructions.
Q: Can I add more cards to my order after it has been submitted?
A: If we are contacted within 1 - 2 hours after submitting your order, it is possible that we can change your order quantity. Otherwise, a new order would be required.
Q: Should I send my artwork or logo file to you immediately after I submit my order?
A: Yes, ideally. Sending your file(s) as soon as possible will expedite the delivery date of your order.
Q: Do you have the card I ordered or want to order in stock?
A: All cards shown on our website are currently in stock and are updated daily. Towards the end of the holiday season, however, there may be fewer quantities available for a given card. There's a small possibility that a large quantity order may not be able to be fulfilled, in which case, we will notify you immediately to see if you have an alternative card choice and to provide you with similar card options that may be suitable for you. We will do our very best to satisfy you each and every time and apologize that we can't guarantee 100% availability in the card and quantities you order.
Q: Will you accept an order to be delivered to Canada?
A: Yes. Please select 'Canada' in the country dropdown menu during checkout and select your desired shipping option to Canada.
