Creating Your Own Greetings
HolidayCardsUnlimited.com may allow you to create or modify existing card designs by uploading your own text, verses, company logos, artwork and other materials. If we do and you do so, you are subject to the conditions outlined in these Terms. When you upload images to the Site you are indicating that you own image and/or have full rights to its use.
Furthermore, user is prohibited from transmitting or requesting the printing of any unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, sexually explicit, profane, hateful, racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable material of any kind, including but not limited to any material that encourages conduct that would constitute a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability, or otherwise violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law.
